2. Services and Eligibility

We provide experiential equine-assisted sessions, workshops, and related programs. You must be at least 18 years old or have verified parent or guardian consent.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

 
• Sessions require advance booking and payment.
• Cancellation: full refund if cancelled 72 hours or more before the session; 50% refund if cancelled 24–72 hours before; no refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
• We may reschedule or cancel due to weather, animal welfare, facility conditions, or staff illness. In such cases we offer the earliest available date or a full refund.

4. Risk, Safety, and Assumption

Equine activities have inherent risks. You agree to follow staff instructions, wear any required safety gear, and assume ordinary risks associated with animals and outdoor environments.

5. Participant Conduct

We may refuse service or end a session for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct. Fees may be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, session materials, photos, and videos provided by us are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the session that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your stated venue. Disputes will be resolved by the courts or arbitration forum designated in your booking confirmation, unless local law requires another forum.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The Effective date indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
